The subject of the work is the complete repair of the terrace in front of the restaurant of the cultural monument which is in a state of disrepair due to long-term leakage degradation of insulation layers malfunctions of the drainage system damage to sandstone elements and local statistical failures of reinforced concrete structures It is proposed to remove the entire structure except for the supporting reinforced concrete slab new slope using thermal insulation from shaped wedges laying of new waterproofing drainage layer and new terrazzo paving The project also includes the repair or replacement of damaged sandstone elements especially cornices cladding boards and half-columns repair of reinforced concrete boxes and replacement of rain blinds in the ventilation areas of the HVAC machine rooms n nThe contracting authority warns the supplier that n1 The limit price which is set at the amount of CZK 4 200 000 without VAT is a price that must not be exceeded in the supplier s offer if the supplier submits a higher offer price it will be a reason for his exclusion n2 A bank guarantee in the amount of CZK 400 000 is part of the contractual terms and conditions further detailed in Appendix ZD No 3
