The subject of this public contract is the contractor s obligation to carry out construction work for the client consisting mainly but not exclusively of repair or restoration of the interiors of the Royal Summer Palace in the Royal Garden of Prague Castle The implementation also includes maintenance work on the exterior of the building related to the urgently needed restoration and protection of the surfaces of the stone elements of the upper and lower balustrades cornices and column arcades and repair of plaster nAs part of the construction work layout modifications of the building will be implemented consisting of the modification of the entrance hall and the modification of the background for the custodians including the supply of background equipment Toilets will also be adapted in the basement under the northern corridor The layout of the building s main halls remains unchanged nConstruction modifications consist in repairing the surfaces of walls ceilings and floors especially in the halls and the entrance hall in the demolition of existing partitions and in the construction of new partitions ceilings floors and cladding existing fixtures will be dismantled and replaced with new ones in accordance with the Project Documentation In addition work related to the replacement of utility networks will be carried out high-current and low-current wiring sewerage water supply heating and air-conditioning systems MaR supplies are also included nThe opening fillings doors windows including internal shutters and external blinds will be repaired or replaced with replicas Part of the existing lighting fixtures will be restored and refurbished including the supply of new lighting fixtures nIn the basement of the building excavations will be made in connection with the replacement of the sewerage in the floor and the connection to the outdoor rows in the Royal Garden these works will be carried out under the supervision of archaeologists nConstruction works include in addition to the stone elements on the outer shell also the repair of stone elements in the interior of the building the supply of carpentry and locksmith elements and metal and locksmith products nPart of the performance is also the performance of detailed surveys of the repaired surfaces which will be the basis for the development of restoration plans nThe inspection of the performance site will take place on Thursday 8 1 2026 at 10 00 a m - details see Article 8 ZD nThe estimated value in Czech crowns without value added tax is CZK 139 100 000 without VAT for the entire subject of contract performance according to Article 1 paragraph 1 1 of the Procurement Documentation of which the estimated value of the public contract without the option reserved in Article 6 5 the third indent ZD amounts to CZK 107 000 000 without VAT and the value of the option itself reserved in Article 6 5 the third indent of ZD is CZK 32 100 000 without VAT n 45454100-5 Restoration works Capital of Prague 45454100-5 Reconstruction of buildings Reconstruction of buildings
