The subject of this public contract is the contractor s obligation to carry out work for the client consisting in the repair of the emergency condition of the roof covering including lathing and subsequent work on the roof of the chapel of St Ludmila mainly but not exclusively tinsmith work consisting in the replacement of sheet metal gutters gutter repair repair of mahogany on the top of the roof cleaning of the cross including its conservation and gilding - the above also applies except for gilding to mahogany locksmith work consisting in the replacement of iron anchors of rain gutters etc which is part of the Basilica of St George The roof landscape of the chapel is made up of a small glazed roof covering which due to the climatic conditions and age is reaching the limit of its service life nPart of the scope of performance is the preparation of a detailed restoration report for the restoration of the cross and poppies nThe supplier is obliged to agree with the client on the scope form concept and method of preparation of the restoration report before starting the work The restoration report will have a textual and photographic part which will capture the state before the progress of the restoration its individual phases the state after the restoration and a list of the materials and techniques used as well as recommendations for future maintenance The photo documentation must also capture the continuous status of the intervention on significant details and surfaces and must be submitted in a sufficient number of high-quality images Color photos will be developed on photographic paper photos that will be part of the restoration report must be described and located photos must always be taken from the same angle The report will include digitized text documentation and complete photo documentation on a USB flash drive or another storage medium this photo documentation does not need to be described and located nBefore carrying out the work the contractor shall submit a standard restoration plan in which he will also provide an overview of the materials that will be used for restoration and surface treatments for assessment and approval of the progress of the work the work may be started only after it has been approved by the Department of Historic Preservation of the Office of the President of the Republic - the client requires the presentation of the professional qualification of the restorer in the field of restoration of blacksmith work or a similar license n 45000000-7 Construction work Capital Prague 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
