The subject of this public contract is the provision of supplies for the Digital Pathology System consisting of the supply of 1 one piece of automatic biopsy slide assembly machine and 1 one piece of fully automated histological biopsy slide scanner including IMS for the management display and processing of digitized images for the clinical and transplant pathology workplace including the complete installation of the supplied devices as well as their commissioning and other obligations arising from these procurement conditions or their attachments nThe devices as well as all material and parts of the subject of performance must be brand new unused not refurbished fully functional of the highest quality provided by the manufacturer must not be older than 12 months before their delivery date and must meet all technical parameters as defined in detail in Appendix No 14 A ZP_Technical specification of the bioptic glass assembly machine and in Appendix No 14 B ZP_Technical specification biological glass scanner nA complete set of accessories and consumables for the immediate use of each delivered device must also be delivered to the above-mentioned item of the subject of the public contract to enable a full-fledged instruction and to carry out a complete installation nThe subject of the VZ is also the provision of free warranty service for both devices and subsequent post-warranty service for the duration of their lifetime which is assumed to be a subsequent period of 10 years nThe subject of the fulfillment of the VZ is also the continuous supply of goods - consumables i e cover glasses and mounting media for the bioptic glass assembly machine for a period of 48 months specified in more detail in Appendix No 14 C ZP_Specification of consumables for the bioptic glass assembly machine technical requirements SZM n nPH of device supplies is nBioptic glass assembly machine 2 231 300 CZK without VAT nBioptic glasses scanner incl IMS CZK 13 311 000 without VAT nOf which bioptic glass scanner CZK 5 901 000 without VAT n IMS CZK 7 410 000 without VAT nPH of SZM deliveries to the assembly machine in 48 months is t n CZK 883 200 without VAT nPH of servicing both devices in 48 months is 1 CZK 600 000 without VAT 38520000-6 Scanners Capital Prague 38520000-6 Scanners Scanners place of the contracting authority - IKEM
