The subject of this public contract is the supply of selected components to fulfill the objectives of the contracting authority while this procurement documentation regulates the supply of selected components only for the Capital Region of Prague - i e for the regional training centers of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic - the regional branch in Prague Based on the principles of the creation implementation sustainability and stability of the existence of regional educational centers the purchase of appropriate modern and technical computer equipment is required but not in the specification for normal and administrative activities but on the contrary for interactive and online connections for appropriate work e g with graphic programs and for adequate not technologically advanced but proportionally adequate hardware equipment thanks to which the contracting authority will be able to ensure and secure adequate services e g for continuous transmission of audiovisual messages to the end user processing and production of spots video programs and their broadcast including editing nThe contracting authority will launch a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional branches of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic while each of these procedures is divided into further parts according to component categories The main goal of the contracting authority is to ensure mutual technical compatibility of the same categories of components between all regional educational centers across individual regions Related to this is the client s request for open source software for individual components for which such a solution is relevant na tThe subject of the performance will also be comprehensive training in the scope of 4 hours provided once at the place of performance The contracting authority requires that the content of the training should be in particular note that the content of the training may vary depending on the part of the public contract for which the supplier submits an offer n- twork with cameras sound technology recording and online transmissions n- tmanagement of the video conference system - switching shots managing microphones and connecting participants n- tWiFi network administration - management of SSID VLAN access control QoS n- tdiagnostics and solving common problems troubleshooting restarting systems managing user accounts n- tdelivery of manuals in the Czech language each training participant will receive detailed user manuals for all installed devices in the Czech language The manuals will contain no ta detailed description of the functions and operation of the systems no tprocedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting no ttechnical documentation and support contacts nb tThe contracting authority requires that the selected suppliers of individual parts of the public contract ensure the complete installation and commissioning of the technological equipment including the SW connection of all 76 educational centers i e 14 regional educational centers and 62 district centers IPVS The supplier will ensure the complete assembly and connection of all components in accordance with the contractor s methodology while the full compatibility of all devices and their corresponding functionality for the purposes of education training and retraining must be ensured nThe specific requirements of the contractor for installation are as follows n- tEquipment for interactive education online transmissions and hybrid forms of education enabling the connection of educational centers n- tVideo conferencing system - including cameras with 360 scanning surround microphones and sound systems techniques n- tWiFi router with 5G support - ensuring quality connectivity with at least WiFi 6 AX1800 and 1x GbE WAN LAN port n- tEquipment cabling -
