The subject of this public order is the preparation of project documentation and the complete replacement of the passenger elevator located in the kitchen area of building No 3 administrative building in the prison complex at Soudn 988 1 Prague 4 nExisting elevator Electric chain elevator A2N 800 NSG 800 manufacturer Transporta year of manufacture 1994 load capacity 800 kg number of stations platforms 3 3 lift 8 1 m nThis elevator is used to supply the kitchen with raw materials as well as transport people and goods on a euro pallet and with a manual pallet truck nAs part of the implementation of the work the existing inadequate elevator will be completely dismantled ecologically disposed of and replaced by a new elevator with a load capacity of min 750 kg meeting the current technical requirements according to the relevant legal regulations and standards especially SN EN 81-20 50 and NV No 122 2016 Coll In the existing elevator shaft the platforms will be demolished and partitioned the area around the shaft doors will be cleaned with masonry and the shaft and the platforms will be painted nPart of the subject of the public contract is the execution and documentation of all work tests that prescribe the technical standards for this type of equipment assessment of conformity by a notified person documented attestations and revisions of new equipment and all prescribed and usual operating and service documentation of the equipment Part of the subject of the public contract is the training of elevator operators The client requires a minimum warranty period for the entire work of 48 months and a contractual guarantee of service and supply of spare parts for the elevator for a period of min 10 years n The scope of the subject of the public contract is specified in Annex No 4 of this procurement documentation which is the Technical Specification n 42416100-6 Elevators Hlavn m sto Praha 42416100-6 Elevators Elevators
