The subject of this public order is the provision of services consisting in the restoration of seven picture frames from the collections of Prague Castle and the production of one new frame according to the model submitted by the client nThe pictures are from the period of the 17th to the 19th century and specifically the frames for the following pictures the registration sheets for the individual pictures or frames are attachments no 5 1 to 5 7 challenges n n HS00320 Leopold Bucher Coronation of Ferdinand V Dobrotiv in the Cathedral of St Vita from 1847 - frame restoration n HS00290b Italian painter early 18th century View of Angel Castle - frame restoration n HS00292b Italian painter 17th century Seascape with ruins - frame restoration n HS00154b Franco-Flemish painter late 17th century Lady with a parrot - frame restoration n HS00157b 17th century Italian painter Allegory of Autumn Woman with Fruit and Flowers - frame restoration n HS00135b Giulio Romano The Abduction of the Sabines repainted about 1665-1666 - frame restoration n HS00205b F A M ller Romantic Landscape with River and Staffage from 1740 - frame restoration blueprint for making a new frame n n The production of one new frame concerns the following image n HS00202b - F A M ller Landscape with a fountain - production of a new frame based on the paired image HS00205b F A M ller Romantic landscape with a river and staff from 1740 n nAll the above-mentioned paintings including frames are cultural monuments n nThe restoration work will mainly consist of fixing and cleaning the surface treatment of the frames possibly removing degraded or unsuitable ones non-original modifications of parts of the surface or base addition of missing parts of plastic or sculptural carving decoration sealing color treatment and retouching original colors gilding etc nIn the case of modifications in the form of gilding sensitive cleaning and additions will be carried out while preserving the original gilding to the maximum extent A more detailed specification of the works is given in Annex No 4 of the call nRestoration and or production will take place in the restorer s studio while the transport of the given frames to the studio and back is already part of the participant s price offer n nMore details are given in the call for offers and its annexes n nThe total expected value of this public contract is CZK 1 150 000 in words one million one hundred fifty thousand Czech crowns without VAT nThe estimated value of the contract resulting from this public contract is CZK 300 000 in words three hundred thousand Czech crowns without VAT n n Note of the contracting authority The contracting authority proceeded to determine the total expected value of the public contract with regard to the legal rules for adding up public contracts with the same or similar subject of performance awarded in succession For all suppliers the information regarding the expected value of the contract resulting from this particular public contract is important The remaining amount of CZK 850 000 without VAT is included due to the addition to other public contracts of the contracting authority with a similar subject of performance n nThe inspection of the performance site will take place on April 15 2026 from 09 00 a m The meeting of the participants of the tour of the place of fulfillment will be in the grounds of the Prague Castle - before the entrance to building No 2 the former Institute of Nobles on n m At Svat ho Ji nDue to capacity and organizational reasons the inspection of the performance site is only possible on the above-mentioned date the contracting authority therefore asks all suppliers to be punctual Due to the nature of the subject of performance the contracting authority also recommends the participation of suppliers in the inspection of the site of performance 92522100-7 Protection of historical monuments Czech Republic 92522100-7 Protection of historical monuments Reconstruction of buildings
