The subject of this small-scale public order hereinafter also VZMR is the supply of goods which is understood as non-rechargeable batteries according to the Goods Specification - see appendix No 3 of the procurement documentation of this VZMR hereinafter also ZD VZMR Delivery will be carried out gradually after partial performance in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement No XXXXXXXXXXXX the contract template of which is part of the ZD VZMR The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions For the item of batteries precisely listed in the contractual template Framework Agreement No XXXXXXXXXXXX the contracting authority requires the supply of only this type of batteries due to technical compatibility for use in the TSS ROTA and TSS MOUT simulator and simulation technology specified by the manufacturer of the subject simulation and simulator technology while the use of other types models of batteries would disproportionately increase the costs associated with ensuring the purpose of this VZMR The purpose of this VZMR is to ensure the professional training of military units of the Czech Army and other NATO armies on simulation and training techniques TSS ROTA and TSS MOUT as well as the training and everyday life of military units at SkSTT Vy kov nThe contracting authority assumes the supply of goods approximately in the following table numbers of MJ divided into 2-3 partial deliveries in each calendar year 31400000-0 Accumulators galvanic cells and batteries South Moravian Region 31400000-0 Accumulators galvanic cells and xa0batteries Non-rechargeable batteries VZ 4680 Vy kov will be the place of delivery and acceptance of each completed partial delivery
