The subject of this small-scale public order hereinafter referred to as VZMR is the performance of laboratory veterinary examinations of samples including the training of persons for the diagnosis of Trichinella spp in meat presented by the Military Veterinary Institute Hlu n and branches - Prague Rado ov Chotyn Jince Poln na umava and the laboratory of the Military Veterinary Institute Hlu n Performance will be carried out according to the requirements of the contracting authority on the basis of a concluded framework agreement hereafter RD with the winning participant for the period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 The provider will ensure individual partial fulfillment by continuous collection or collection of submitted samples for examination performing laboratory veterinary examinations issuing protocols and sending them to the customer of the service The list of required examinations is given in appendix number 1 Individual examinations will be carried out on the basis of the submitted application forms Requests - orders will be submitted together with the examined samples and will be entered into ET NEN for electronic signature The service provider undertakes to carry out individual laboratory veterinary examinations in accordance with accredited examination procedures The expected amount of the framework agreement is a maximum of CZK 400 000 for the above-mentioned period including VAT However the indicated amount of the frame may not be reached 71900000-7 Laboratory services Capital Prague 71900000-7 Laboratory services Laboratory services by RD
