This is a small-scale contract for construction work which is one part of the fulfillment of the public contract Construction modifications of building No 561 - Tourist information center Hlinsko - REPEATED MANAGEMENT where the main subject of the public contract according to the basic purpose is construction work n nAll parts of the public contract Construction modifications of building no 561 - Tourist information center Hlinsko - REPEATED PROCEDURE which will be awarded in a separate procedure are public contracts awarded outside the regime of Act No 134 2016 Coll on the award of public contracts as amended hereinafter referred to as the Act where the estimated price of all partial performance of the contract Construction modifications to building No 561 - Tourist Information Center Hlinsko - REPEATED MANAGEMENT will not exceed CZK 9 000 000 without VAT even in the case of concurrent contracts with other contracts of the contracting authority that would fulfill the principles of local temporal and material connection n n nThe planned extension is designed in the center of the built-up area of the city of Hlinsko It is a plot that is owned by the investor The plot is bounded on the north and west sides by built-up plots of the same function - SM - mixed residential urban area on the south and east sides the plot is bounded by a local road Plot 405 2 has an irregular shape with an area of 174 m2 There is an existing TIC on the land n nThis is an extension of the roof of the trapezoidal courtyard Operationally it will be an additional object serving as a seating area for visitors to the tourist information center n nIt is designed with dimensions of 5 465 x 4 43 m with the height of the perimeter walls 2 54 m from -0 000 the wooden paneling of the perimeter walls is up to a height of 2 59 m from -0 000 It will be made of 240 mm wide ceramic blocks placed on 400 mm wide concrete foundation strips and one row of 250 mm wide lost formwork blocks The perimeter walls are covered with wooden larch paneling thickness 18 mm on a wooden grid thickness 40 mm The wooden paneling will be provided with a dark coating copying the surrounding nobjects Hipster Karmolineum The roof structure is solved with rafters made of BSH prisms of dimensions 100 x 140 mm placed on purlins made of BSH prisms of dimensions 120 x 180 mm - counter roof with a slope of 1 5 The trusses are supported by wooden posts made of BSH prisms with dimensions of 120 x 120 mm The roof covering is designed from double-layer safety glass The floor inside the building will consist of the original paving made of granite cubes which will be rearranged into a new laying layer 45000000-7 Construction work 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
