This is an attic extension of a vocational classroom for 26 pupils made into a free attic space on the 3rd floor of the school building The new adjacent spaces will serve as textbook warehouses The existing roof structure will be preserved with minor modifications to the rafters due to the installation of skylights and local strengthening of part of the roof The roof sheathing will be done anew The brick paving of the floor will be demolished including part of the backfill and will be replaced with a leveling layer of light expanded clay concrete A wooden beam structure will be made on the level floor with a cover made of OSB boards above the tie beams A system floor construction made of cement fiber boards and step mineral insulation will be made on OSB boards Heavy-duty PVC floor covering The walls slopes of the roof and the ceiling of the building will be lined with plasterboard cladding with an inserted vapor barrier film and thermal insulation from mineral or glass wool The columns and clamps of the truss will remain visible they will be sanded and provided with a fireproof coating The entrance to the new classroom and textbook storage will be equipped with wooden doors with paneled frames To overcome the height difference between the existing floor of the corridor and the new building a ramp for wheelchair users and a staircase with three steps will be built in the corridor Staircase and ramp steel structure with PVC cover The lighting of the classroom will be new skylights with a wooden frame glazed with insulating double glazing The classroom heating will be hot water connected from the existing central heating distribution A new electrical installation connected from the existing switchboard in the 3rd floor will be carried out in the building area Classroom ventilation will be combined Natural windows and supplemented with artificial ventilation with recovery 45000000-7 Construction work Pardubick kraj 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
