This is the processing of the ZP for the following immovable property land including all components and accessories n n- parc No 224 33 with an area of 540 m2 other area other area protected landscape area protected landscape area III zone protected landscape area IV zone registered on LV 60000 all in the c and the village of Zbiroh district of Rokycany region of Plze sk n nThe land in question is located in the urban area of the city of Zbiroh by road II class there are unkempt trees and bushes on it it is not fenced or used It is adjacent to the plot of land No 2041 owned by the city of Zbiroh on which the building of the original old well is located also partly adjoins the parc plot No 213 1 and 214 owned by the city of Zbiroh partly on land owned by FO and PO and the road in the administration of S S PK According to the digital technical map there is an LV electrical network line on the property The land is included in the valid spatial plan in the areas intended for the construction of family houses - rural housing n nIntention valuation for sale to the ownership of the city n n- additional information see attachments n nThe supplier fills out the bid sheet which is part of the Tender documentation If the bid sheet is not attached to the offer the selected supplier will be invited to supplement it within the specified period n nIn the event that two or more offers with the same values are evaluated as the most economically advantageous as part of the evaluation of individual sub-contracts the contracting authority will select the offer of the participant contractor who submitted an offer within the individual sub-contract earlier n nThe subject of the public contract is the processing of expert opinions the content of which will be the valuation of property owned by the Czech Republic with the authority to manage it on the part of the Office for State Representation in Property Matters within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Plze Territorial Office and the branches of separated workplaces namely the Department of the Separated Workplace of Doma lice the Department of the Separated Workplace of Karlovy Vary and the Department of Separated Workplace of Klatovy n nThe valuation of real estate must be carried out in accordance with the valid legislation i e Act No 151 1997 Coll on property valuation as amended and Decree No 441 2013 Coll on the implementation of the Act on Property Valuation as amended or in accordance with other related regulations n nThe valuation of the property will be carried out in accordance with the client s internal regulations namely the document Specification of requirements for the processing of an expert opinion and taking into account the client s recommendation for the use of the pricing methodology under the title Procedures for the valuation of state property n nThe subject of the public contract is the repeated valuation of real estate owned by the Czech Republic which the client is responsible for managing mini-tender fulfilment with renewal of the competition when the evaluation criterion will be only the lowest total bid price for the subject of the order and the evaluation of bids in the mini-tender will be carried out within the NEN National Electronic Tool The output will be expert opinions for determining the price at the time and place usual for sale lease establishment of land servitude easement etc n nThe subject of the performance is also activities and work that are not listed above but which the contractor knew or according to his professional knowledge should have known or could have known that they are necessary for the proper and high-quality performance of the subject of performance and further which are necessarily connected with the proper performance of the subject of performance and result from standard practice for the implementation of the subject of performance of an analogous nature while the performance of these works does not increase the price for the performance of the subject of performance specified in the framework agreement n nThe details of the contract are given in the Tender documentation 71319000-7 Services of legal experts Plzen region 71319000-7 Services of legal experts Services forensic experts
