The project documentation, including its documentary part, statements of the relevant authorities, network administrators and other related documents, was prepared for a wider project unit, which also includes the kindergarten building (Kindergarten). However, the implementation of the Kindergarten building is not the subject of this public contract. Works, supplies and services that relate exclusively to the Kindergarten building are not included in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements and the supplier therefore does not evaluate them within this public contract or include them in the bid price. Any references to the Kindergarten building contained in the project documentation or its annexes are only informative in nature, resulting from the fact that these documents capture a wider project and permit unit and do not in themselves establish the suppliers obligation to carry out works related to the Kindergarten building. The list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements is decisive for determining the material scope of works, supplies and services that are the subject of this public contract and that are to be evaluated by the supplier; The project documentation is also binding for determining the technical, material and qualitative solution of those parts of the construction that are included in the subject of this public contract. This does not affect the contractors obligation to carry out any work on the interface between the kindergarten building and other parts of the construction, if such work is explicitly included in the list of works of this public contract. The contracting authority expressly allows the implementation of apartment buildings using various prefabricated construction systems and does not require the use of one specific system, manufacturer or specific production or assembly process. The data in the project documentation and list of works that determine the specific system solution of prefabrication, in particular the division and dimensions of individual parts, their joints and assembly details, define the initial solution; the contractor may replace them with an equivalent solution corresponding to the prefabricated system chosen by him. It must maintain the required scope and purpose of the building, its location, external dimensions, architectural and layout design, number and required area of ​​apartments, utility properties, quality of surfaces and all required static, fire safety, acoustic, thermal and energy parameters,including connections to other structures and technical equipment. The solution must be in accordance with the building permit, legal regulations and support conditions, including the DNSH principle. To the extent of equivalent system solutions thus admitted, this provision takes precedence over the description of the initial system in the project documentation and the list of works; the other requirements of these documents remain binding.
