The EIA process conclusion will be incorporated into the DUR/DUSP. c) Preparation of the project documentation for joint approval under the line law, which specifies the subject of the work in such a scope that it can be processed in the joint construction and land use proceedings, obtain a legally binding joint approval, including notification by the authorized person and ensuring the activities of the joint construction approval coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including preparation of the joint construction approval plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. d) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of joint approval pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., the Act on Land Use Planning and Construction Code (Construction Act), in the current version, including all required supporting documents, resulting in the issuance of joint approval. The contractor will cooperate in the issuance of the relevant decisions to acquire their legal authority (in the event of incomplete submission of the application, interruption due to missing or defective supporting documents constitutes a defect of the work). with tender notice no. 694222-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
