Projektová dokumentace bude zpracována pro každou oblast zvlášť, jak v úrovni pro povolení záměru (DPZ), tak v úrovni dokumentace pro provádění stavby nebo její části (DPS) Vymezený prostor bude rozšířen také o řešení případných úprav přístupových cest či přilehlých pozemků, pokud to bude jejich stav vyžadovat, případně bude nutno vyřešit napojení k hlavnímu projektu. Zadavatel požaduje zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci s ohledem na možné dotační výzvy ve smyslu zařazení prvků modro–zelené infrastruktury. Inspirací pro zpracování projektu je architektonická studie z 06/2024, viz příloha č. 3 této ZD, kterou zpracoval Ing.
