Winter stadium - small hall

The Statutory city of Olomouc in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the construction of a small hall, which will serve as a training winter stadium, supplementing the function of the existing large winter stadium in Olomouc. The proposed structure has a columnar structural system, supporting columns, beams and roof trusses. These are prefabricated from reinforced concrete above the facilities, with the exception of the large roof trusses above the ice surface, which are made of steel. The cladding is made of sandwich panels with a pre-mounted facade - on the gable walls made of aluminum slats, the side walls are equipped with a pre-mounted facade made of corrugated sheet metal. Strip glazing of various heights is placed on all facades. The roofing itself will be made of trapezoidal sheet metal with a waterproofing and thermal insulation layer, above the facilities the supporting layer is made of prefabricated concrete panels and the roof is equipped with a vegetation layer and extensive greenery. PV technology will be installed on the roof (total output 22 kWp). The designed object has a built-up area of ​​3,946.5 m2 and a built-up area of ​​54,302 m3. The height of the ridge of the main mass is + 12.410 m. The ice surface of 26×60 m is made of a cooled reinforced concrete slab, the cooling of the ice surface is direct with ammonia. The foundation of the object is designed using deep foundation - piles. The construction will include, among other things, the construction of a parking lot with a capacity of 63 parking spaces and a promenade - a pedestrian area between the existing winter stadium and the newly built small hall. Before the start of construction work, the technological channel for cooling the ice surface of the neighboring winter stadium must be relocated.
