The Hradec Králové Region in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works within the scope of the action "Workplace of the Museum of the Náchod Region - Revitalization of the defrosting tunnel", located on plots of land plot no. 3027, plot no. 2067/143 and other related plots of land in the cadastral area of ​​Náchod, on Kladská Street. The subject of the public contract is mainly the revitalization of the existing building of the former train defrosting tunnel and related adjacent areas and the change of its use to a depository for the collection items of the Museum of the Náchod Region. The building, which was used in the past for defrosting coal loaded on railway wagons and is currently not used, will, after the construction work, serve mainly for the safe storage of the less climatically demanding and large collection items of the Museum of the Náchod Region. The construction works are divided into the building object SO-01 Construction modifications of the building and SO-02 Outdoor modifications. SO-01 mainly includes the dismantling of unnecessary and outdated equipment and structures, the implementation of a new industrial floor including insulation against ground moisture, the construction of an internal partition structure and a handling vestibule, the installation of new motor-controlled sectional doors, the modification and replacement of doors and windows, the repair of internal and external surfaces, the modification of the roof covering, plumbing elements and the implementation of related technical installations, in particular electrical installations and hot air ventilation. SO-02 mainly includes the dismantling of existing remains of railway tracks, the modification and levelling of the terrain, the construction of a paved access road to the site including its connection to the regional road, the construction of paved areas for parking, the implementation of new site fencing including a sliding entrance gate and the modification of the remaining areas. The subject of the public contract also includes the provision of engineering activities related to the progress of the implementation, the processing of permits for interventions in the sidewalk and regional road, the provision of the building inspection procedure and the submission of the building inspection decision. The detailed scope and method of execution of construction works, supplies and related activities is defined by the project documentation for the implementation of the construction "Workplace of the Museum of the Náchod Region - Revitalization of the Thawing Tunnel", prepared by PROXION sro, Náchod. This project documentation, which is contained in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation, includes all its parts, technical reports, drawing documentation, specifications and also relevant administrative decisions.
