Celkem 3 podlaží hlavní budovy jsou dispozičně členěna na: • běžné kmenové učebny pro 1.–9. ročníky, • odborné učebny (jazykové, ICT, výtvarné výchovy, fyziky, chemie, ENVI, robotiky), • školní dílny a keramickou dílnu, • školní klub, školní jídelnu, družiny a plně vybavené kuchyňské provozy, • zázemí pro pedagogický sbor a vedení školy včetně sborovny, sekretariátu, kabinetů, knihovny a archivů, • školní jídelnu Doprovodná a venkovní infrastruktura Areál bude vybaven rozsáhlými venkovními úpravami a infrastrukturou: • komunikace a zpevněné plochy • terénní a sadové úpravy • sportovní vybavení: o Sportovní ovál se sektorem pro skok do dálky o Hřiště pro plážový volejbal o Dětské hřiště s herními prvky Dále součástí stavby je: - soustava technické infrastruktury včetně přípojek (voda, kanalizace, elektro, teplovod a síť elektronických komunikací), - geotermálních vrty pro tepelná čerpadla, - retenční a akumulační nádrže na dešťovou vodu, - areálové rozvody vody, veřejného osvětlení, závlahového systému a oplocení areálu.
