The motorway route crosses the Brno - Česká Třebová railway line at 73.8 km near Opatovce, this crossing is being addressed as part of the ongoing construction of the D35 Janov - Opatovec railway bridge, stage I. The route includes one level crossing Opatovec at km 74.120, where it connects to the I/35 and I/43 roads. The shape of the intersection is a figure-eight with two return branches. There are a total of 6 bridge structures on the D35 on this section. The most important of them is SO 08-205 with a length of 434.15 m, which bridges the existing I/35 and Mikulečský potok road. There are a total of 7 other bridge structures, of which 4 are overpasses over the D35, 2 ecoducts and 1 bridge on the I/43 road over a watercourse. The construction also includes 6 noise barriers.
