The Directorate of Roads and Highways sp in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the tender is the implementation of the D35 highway section Džbánov – Litomyšl according to the project documentation prepared by company HBH Projekt s.r.o. This section passes through the cadastral area Džbánov u Vysokého Mýta, Hrušová, Pekla, Cerekvice nad Loučnou, Řídký, Bohuňovice u Litomyšle and Tržek u Litomyšle. The D35 section 3506 Džbánov – Litomyšl is connected at the beginning to the D35 section 3505 Vysoké Mýto – Džbánov and at the end to the D35 section 3507 Litomyšl – Janov. The route is designed in conjunction with Blahovský Stream, which crosses the SO 06-201 bridge at km 45,836. To the left, it passes around the agricultural area on the cadastral area of the village Hrušová. At this location, there is also a two-way small rest area Hrušová SO 06-130. Further, at the SO 06-204 bridge, the route crosses the existing road I/35 and the existing railway line 018 Choceň – Litomyšl at km 47,500. After the SO 06-204 bridge, the route is designed in conjunction with the existing I/35 and at km 48,327 crosses the Loučna River using the SO 06-206 bridge, runs along the Záhorské hill until the Končinský Stream valley, which it crosses with a 418.8 m long SO 06-207 bridge. After the bridge, the route is connected to the existing road I/35 via a level-crossing SO 06-110 at the cadastral area of the village Řídký and the village Bohuňovice u Litomyšle. After this level-crossing, the route ends at km 52,300 and is connected to the next D35 section Litomyšl – Janov. The total length of the construction is 7,589 km. The D35 highway is designed as a four-lane road with a free width of 26.0 m and a design speed of 130 km/h, corresponding to the new ČSN 73 6101 proposed category D 26,0/130. In the route, a total of nine bridge structures are designed due to the terrain complexity. The main route is designed with a maximum slope of 2.35% in the longitudinal direction. Due to the terrain complexity, there are alternating embankments and cut sections. The maximum cut depth is 12 m, and the maximum height above ground is 20 m on the bridge crossing the Končinský Stream valley. The construction passes through the water source protection zone of Pekla, and therefore measures will be taken to minimize the impact of the construction on the quality of the water in the catchment area. Further components of the construction include field roads, agricultural crossings, temporary communications, noise barriers, rainwater drainage, road crossings for lower-class roads, water supply systems, VTL and STL gas pipelines, and electrical installations. with tender notice no. 673475-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
