Možná etapizace projektu bude popsána v Plánu organizace výstavby, který bude nedílnou součástí vypracované projektové dokumentace. Etapizace bude navržena tak, aby nedošlo k omezení provozu plaveckého bazénu, zejména plavecké škody. Kompletní odstavení bazénu lze maximálně na 4 měsíce v období 06 - 09 daného roku. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je zejména: a) Projektová dokumentace, která bude zahrnovat tyto části: a. Aktualizace a upřesnění studie včetně potřebných průzkumů, b. Dokumentace pro povolení stavby, c. Dokumentace pro provádění stavby, b) poskytování služeb Inženýringu za účelem získání povolení umístění stavby a stavebního povolení; Podrobnější informace jsou uvedeny v dalších částech zadávacích podmínek, resp. v přílohách zadávací dokumentace, které tvoří nedílnou součást této zadávací dokumentace. with tender notice no. 432788-2026 published on 26 Jun 2026. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni DSP a DPS na rekonstrukci a modernizaci krytého bazénu v Neratovicích. Projektová dokumentace bude řešit zejména: (a) kompletní rekonstrukci střešního pláště objektu, (b) návrh nové vzduchotechniky (VZT) včetně jejího rozšíření pro plánovaný saunový svět, (c) stavební úpravy související se změnou vnitřního prostorového uspořádání objektu, (d) návrh a projekt saunového provozu včetně technologie, energetických nároků, provozního řešení, řešení technologií souvisejících s provozem saunového světa (např. vytápění, vzduchotechnika, elektroinstalace, měření a regulace), (e) zateplení budovy včetně výměny oken. včetně odstranění i případných dalších významných tepelných mostů, (f) návrh dalších stavebních úprav souvisejících s novým provozem objektu (kuchyně, vstupní systém apod.), (g) řešení všech souvisejících profesí (statika, technika prostředí staveb, elektro, požární bezpečnost staveb, energetika apod.), (h) projektová dokumentace interiérů včetně vybavení Projektová dokumentace musí být zpracována tak, aby umožňovala etapizaci realizace rekonstrukce, pokud to technické řešení umožní. Možná etapizace projektu bude popsána v Plánu organizace výstavby, který bude nedílnou součástí vypracované projektové dokumentace. Etapizace bude navržena tak, aby nedošlo k omezení provozu plaveckého bazénu, zejména plavecké škody. Kompletní odstavení bazénu lze maximálně na 4 měsíce v období 06 - 09 daného roku. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je zejména: a) Projektová dokumentace, která bude zahrnovat tyto části: a. Aktualizace a upřesnění studie včetně potřebných průzkumů, b.
