The project will include the following components: Component A: Improving Governance through Institutional Strengthening: The objective of the component is to strengthen the institutional capacities of partner state agencies (DATUH, SIAF, Municipality and Local Government) through the development of systems, management tools and operational manuals in the areas of urban planning, land management, municipalities, monitoring and evaluation systems and communication strategy.
