• Equipo de trabajo con experiencia en el campo de la docencia. Deseable en el ámbito de salud pública.
• Equipo de trabajo, deberá demostrar conocimientos y experiencia en:
- Desarrollo e implementación de procesos de formación en derechos humanos, salud, salud sexual y salud reproductiva, prevención de violencia de violencia entre pares y de género
- Desarrollo e implementación de procesos pedagógicos y metodologías para trabajo con adolescentes (salud de adolescentes), mujeres y hombres adultos/as
- Desarrollo de procesos en salud pública con enfoque de derechos humanos, género, participación, interculturalidad, educación popular y prevención de violencia
- Implementación de procesos de educación, educación popular, mecanismos de participación.
- Diseño de recursos digitales interactivos
- Procesos similares a los requeridos en estos términos de referencia
Objetivo del contrato de servicios:
Apoyo a la implementación de “Escuelas de Liderazgo Comunitario para Adolescentes”, con base en la metodología validada por el Ministerio de Salud Pública, en los territorios de intervención (Bolívar, Chimborazo, Santa Elena, Pastaza y Morona Santiago), con énfasis en prevención de embarazo adolescente y prevención de violencia de género.
Duración: Aproximadamente catorce (14) semanas calendario a partir de la firma del contrato.
