Purchase and rental of desktop computers and monitors under a framework agreement (mini-tenders)

The National Information and Communication Technology Center in Estonia from Europe region has released this tender for The State Information and Communication Technology Centre (RIT) centrally procures office desktop computers and monitors based on Order No. 119 of the Government of the Republic of 14.04.2022. The framework agreement concluded as a result of the public procurement extends to all state institutions specified in the relevant order, in addition to legal entities that have authorized RIT to organize public procurement (joint purchasers included in the list of joint purchasers) and to purchasers through voluntary central procurement. Procurement contracts are concluded on the basis of the framework agreement for both the purchase of goods (with the right to acquire the goods) and for rental (without the right to acquire the goods). The subject of the procurement contracts are desktop computers and monitors together with accessories and components and software licenses. The estimated cost is determined with a certain margin so that possible future needs can be accommodated within the estimated cost of the framework agreement.
