7. Bidders are required to attach with their bid a copy of their renewed business license, competence certificate in the sector of water works, VAT certificate, Tax clearance certificate, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 31 2023 at 14:00 hours (2:00 P.M). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on May 31, 2023 at 14:30 hours (2:30 P.M).
9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 1,600,000.00 (ETB One Million Six Hundred Thousand) or in freely convertible Currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantec from recognized Banks using the form in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO).
