The bid will be publically opened in the presence of endorsing committee and bidders or legal representatives of the bidder and anyone who chooses to attend on the same day at 2:30 Pm at Asella City Administration.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of an equivalent amount of 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand birr only)
