The deadline to submit the financial and technical proposal is 10 calendar days from the start date of document collection.
Bid Security in the name of "Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia" for 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO valid at least for 28 additional days after the bid validity period, which is 90 days from the bid opening date.
Bids must be put in a wax-sealed envelope, clearly marked by "bidder name, address, legal Stamp and name of the particular Lot &site." and submit their technical and financial document in one (1) original and One (1) copy for both. The CPO for the 2% bid security should be submitted with the original financial document, after being separately sealed in separate envelope. Then submit such separate wax sealed documents to Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia to the address stated above on or before September 15, 2023, Time 2:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day on September 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm at HFHE Country office at in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representatives who wish to attend.
