8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on June 14, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. (Immediately after the deadline for submission of bids).
9. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 2,600,000.00 (Ethiopian Bin Two Million Six -Hundred Thousand only) or equivalent in freely convertible currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Banks using the form-in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO).
