Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the procedure of the Government of Ethiopia, Federal Government Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation No. 649/2009, and the Federal Government Public Procurement Directive issued by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, June 2010.
