Qualification requirements include: Competency certificate of water works for Grade 1 having: (i) valid business licenses & certificates, (ii) Essential Manpower, Machinery & Equipment (iii) Experience in similar projects or equivalent documentation requirements from appropriate government body and other relevant information as specified in the bidding document. Additional details are provided in the bidding document.
Complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased directly from the Afar National Regional State Water and Energy Bureau upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand birr) by interested bidders coming to the address indicated below:
Bidders should present renewed Water Works Competency Certificate Grade 1 and Trade License for the year 2015 EFY, VAT, TIN, Tax Clearance and Suppliers registration certificate.
