One bidder can participate in two Lots but is awarded only one if wins the bid Bids must be delivered to the address stated below before 10:00 a.m. (4:00 a.m. local time) on the 31st day starting from the official announcement of the bid in the newspaper. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 (Five hundred thousand birr) for each lot. The Bid security shall be payable on first written demand to the employer and must be a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Late bids will be rejected. The outer sealed envelope contains one original and two copies of the financial document each separately sealed and the Original Technical document with two copies separately sealed along with the bid security all originals and copies must be put in one outer mother envelope as indicated in the bidding document and hand-delivered to Oromia Urban Development and Housing Bureau. Bid closing date: 31st day's starting from the official announcement 10:00AM (4:00am local time) Bid opening date: On the 31st day starting from the official announcement of bid on the newspaper at 10:30 AM (04:30 am local time) Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 Birr for each lot.
