Tenders are invited for Construction Works of Lot-2 B+2sb+G+8 Class Room Building at its Main Campus A complete set of documents can be purchased on submission of a written application and original document with its copies of, Tin Number, VAT registered certificate, proof of their up-to-date registered certificate from Authorized Business Licenser, Supplier list Registration on PPA Websites, Ministry of Construction registration certificate as stated in #1 above, renewed Trade License and Tax Clearness Certificate from concerning Authority and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 2,000(Two Thousand). Bid must be delivered to the address shown on the bid data sheet at 2:00 PM and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand). The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attained at the same place and Date as bid submission at 2:30 PM. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding document at the address indicated on #11 below. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be delivered on 45th days from the first date of bid announcement. The bid closing and opening shall be held on the same date and at the same place, The bid security shall, at the bidder's option, be in the form of cash, a certified cheque of first payable order (CPO), or an unconditional bank guarantee by any Ethiopian bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section-4 of bidding forms or another acceptable to the Employer. Bid security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
