In relation to this, the CRS RFSA project is looking for a consultant to conduct a rapid assessment of the roles and effectiveness of Aba Gada, Hade Sinquee, and kebele level GBV committees in prevention, mitigation and the response of GBV and facilitating referral and reporting of GBV cases; and develop a strategy to meaningfully engage those structures in RFSA's effort on prevention and response of GBV. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below. A Renewed Business License of the sector Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates. Recommendation letter from other organizations (Three- Five most recent references). Company Profile, date of establishment MA degree in behavioral/social sciences /Gender studies/ Development studies/ Sociology/Social work/ Psychology/Law Proven professional experience in conducting gender and GBV-related assessments. Knowledge and experience of poverty reduction, food security, Nutrition, livelihoods, gender mainstreaming, and youth developmental issues in Ethiopia Knowledge of CRS programs and projects is advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in various institutions, on subject for the experience working with Government Organizations in Ethiopia is preferred..
