Time frame: The evaluation is expected to cover the activities implemented by EIP and its partner during the period from 18 February 2020 to 17 May 2023. This will allow focusing on activities and results related to the specific project and analyzing the temporal aspects and their implication for the potential achievement of results. 3. Organization of the Project End-Term Evaluation The project end-term evaluation will be carried out by a firm, individual or group of national consultants to be selected through the open, competitive, and fair selection procedure. EIP will be responsible for managing the process and for facilitating initial contact of the consultant with implementing partners, final beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. A reference group (focal group) will be established at the head office of EIP to facilitate and provide smooth coordination of the evaluation task.
