4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of an Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Banks or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank in a separate envelope.
5. Technical proposal must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before August 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the above-mentioned address.
6. Technical bid opening shall be held on August 1, 2023, at 10:30 AM in the above-mentioned address.
