Renewed certificate of registration from the authorized body as (GWWC/GC) of Grade one (1) and valid licenses valid for the year 2015 E.C or 2021/2022 G.C Valid VAT registration certificate and Taxpayer Registration Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids. The Bidder shall also attach an agreement for the Detail Study, Design, and Investigation assignment with a consultancy firm, who full fill; Renewed trade license for 2015 E.C/ 2022G.C. as Grade -1 water Works Design Consultancy Firm Renewed certificate of proficiency/registration Category-1 consultancy service in Water Works from the authorized government office. Valid Taxpayer registration certificate 4. Bidders should deposit ETB 100.00 (One hundred birr only) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring the tender number SSNT-T369 to Ethiopian Airlines Account Number 1000006958277 (E-99) and shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below email address and will get the Tender document by return Email. 5.
