3. Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 300.00/three hundred birr/ from the Bureau, Room No. 102.
4. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security amounting 100,000.00 /One Hundred Thousand/ Birr for each Lot in an acceptable form of CPO or Bank Guarantee and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days after the date of bid opening.
5. Bidders are invited to submit financial and technical proposals one original and three copies separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the Bureau on 21 calendar day at/ before 2:00 P.M of this announcement.
6. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 2:30 P.M in the same date at Hawassa. If the 21st day of the bid announcement lies on Ethiopian holiday or week end, the closing and opening day of the bid will be on the next working day at 2:00 P.M and 2:30 PM respectively at the Bureau.
