Tel:- 046 211 56 55 and P.O.Box 16. Shashemane, Ethiopia.
A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested competitive bidders upon presentation of renewed relevant license for the 2015 E.C. Budget year Registration certificate issued from the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy, VAT registration certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and copy of ID Card together to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 (Five hundred) Ethiopian Birr only.
Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before May 01, 2023,at 12:00 AM and must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% (One- percent) of the bid amount in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee and Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after bid opening.
The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 PM on the same day i.e. May 30, 2023, on the Ground floor, Shashemene Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise.
Contractors that have the agreement of water well drilling and construction with the OWERDB and his execution of the contract agreement work not less than 70% (seventy) are not allowed to participate in the bid
Completion time for the drilling and construction of water well work shall be Two hundred Forty (240) calendar days.
