The company (Commercial Nominees Plc) intends to hire a consulting firm to conduct a feasibility study on real estate development.
Therefore, the general objective of this project is to reduce the over-dependency on a few service lines, it is found imperative to diversify our product portfolio. To this end, participating in real estate development could be one source of income.
2. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
In a bid to reduce its over-dependency on a few products, CN is desirous of diversifying its product portfolio. So, the scope of the proposal is limited to outsourcing the feasibility study of real estate development for which the consulting firm is expected to carry out the tasks as project milestones described in the TOR.
Interested and eligible Consultants could collect the bid document upon payment of ETB 100.00 from 5 th floor at the address stated below. Bidders should submit their sealed & separate technical and financial documents in a Tender box located on the 5th floor at the address indicated below until May 26, 2023, at 10:00 am. A Bid Bond Birr 100,000.00 in a form of CPO shall be issued with the bid document.
The Bid will be opened on May 26, 2023, at 10:30 am at Commercial Nominees Head Office Meeting Hall.
