The risk management manual is expected to stipulate active and systematic identification, measurement, and control of risks, which at minimum encompass the National Bank of Ethiopia's NBE-identified areas of Strategic risk, Credit risk, Liquidity risk, Operational Risk, and Interest Rate risk. It is also expected to enable management to identify where our MFI is exposed to risks by reviewing all aspects of its operations and help to estimate the potential loss exposure and to take appropriate action when individual risks have passed prudential risk limits or thresholds to be approved by the Board of Directors. The main tasks of the consultancy service. The consultant is expected to review current NBE risk management guidelines and reporting systems. Again, in addition to external /governance/ risk limits, the consultant is expected to propose internal or prudential risk limits on each category of institutional risks for board discussion and decision.
