Required skills, experience and education: Knowledge on relevant techniques and tools to enhance core competencies for board level functions and strategic options for building internal capacity for the boardroom; Capacity to build high-level performing boards and board-level competencies for top management; Understanding the board's role; its dynamics, power, influence, conflicts, and issues in ethics for directors; Have knowledge of important subjects: including finance and business risk, crisis management; strategic business direction; board performance; and other contemporary needs and challenges of bard management; Ability to assessing and improving the performance of boards, committees and individual directors to aligned with corporate objectives of the organization; etc. Addis Chamber would, therefore, like to invite qualified trainers based on the above criteria to submit their Credentials, CVs and motivation to work in the area.
