The overall objective of the project is that: The role of Ethiopian peacebuilding Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in dialogue and reconciliation efforts at the national, regional and community levels is enhanced. The project has two specific objectives: Peacebuilding CSOS take collective action to progress identified peace priorities and nascent and emerging peacebuilding CSOs implement innovative peacebuilding initiatives and contribute to knowledge and learning for the Ethiopian peacebuilding sector.
2. Objectives of the Consultancy Work
The major objective of this consultancy work is to produce up-to-date and tailormade organizational policies that can be easily adopted and used by local civil society organizations in Ethiopia in English language on the following major themes
Manual I: Finance Policy/Manual
Manual II: Administration Manual
Manual III: Human Resource Manual
Manual IV: Procurement Policy
Manual V: Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policy
Manual VI: Travel Policy
3. Scope of the Consultancy Work
The scope of this consultancy work is limited to the production of the above listed organizational policies in English language. The The polices should have local flavors and easily adaptable to local civil tog society organizations. Allotted time for the development of each module is 20 working day after the approval of the table of contents. An individual consultant (s)/firm can compete for the all or any of the policies/manuals but should separately submit the technical and financial proposals.
Bid closing date: within 10 consecutive working days after the consultancy work is advertised.
