Objectives of the Consultancy Work The major objective of this consultancy work is to produce up-to-date and tailormade training modules in the English language on the following major themes Module I: Conflict Management Skills Module II: Conflict-Sensitive Leadership Module III: Problem-Solving Dialogues and Peaceful Resolution of Conflicts Module IV: Conflict Mapping and Analysis Skills Module V: Conflict Early Warning and Rapid Response Module VI: Peacebuilding Advocacy Module VII: Peacebuilding Project Development and Management Module VIII: Trauma-Informed Resilience and Recovery 3. Scope of the Consultancy Work The scope of this consultancy work is limited to the production of the above-listed training modules and their training guides in the English language. The modules should have local flavors and be easily adaptable to train local civil society organizations. The allotted time for the development of each module is 20 working days after the approval of the table of contents. One consultant can compete for all or any of the modules but should separately submit the technical and financial proposals.
