1.1 A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment transfer of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to our bank account number Hibret bank (1031810070051016), CBE (1000316642528) and/or Awash bank (01304115176700) and collect the document by submitting the bank payment slip to Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 11th Floor Hibret Bank Head Office Building, Hiber Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street PHONE NO: 0115571824, 0913816766 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From the date: September 4, 2023, during working hours from Monday to Saturday.
1.2 Bidders should provide copies of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate).
1.3 Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name written on the envelope to the Corporate Service Department on or before September 20, 2023, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
1.4 Bid Document should be accompanied by a bid Security of Birr 20,000.00 (Birr Twenty Thousand only). The bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.
1.5 Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.
1.6 Bids will be opened on September 20, 2023 at 2:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS Board room
