This invitation for bid is open to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provisions indicated in the bidding document. The bidding document is prepared in English language.
Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;
Trading License renewed for 2015 EC; and
Tax Clearance Certificate indicating the bidder is allowable to participate in any public tender,
Vat Registration certificate and
Registration certificate as supplier from the mandated public body,
Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box available at the office of the Foreign Procurement Team before the closing date time on, July 18/2023 at 2:00 PM.
Bids will be opened on, July 18/2023 at 2:30 PM in the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation, Procurement Department Conference Room in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security; the amount of the Bid Proposal security shall be 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand). The bid security should be either in the form of Certified Payment Order (CPO) and Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation.
