The method of payment will be in cash, Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O.), or direct deposit to EPSS A/C No 0172086183100 with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Gullele Branch. Bids must be delivered to the address below within thirty-five consecutive calendar days starting from the date of this bid invitation is announced on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper.
