The bidding document (RFP) will be distributed to the bidders through an e-mail address given to the unit
All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose before 12:00 AM (06:00 Local time) on March 22, 2023. Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time).
Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders upon the completion of the technical evaluation. The pass mark for technical evaluation is 70%.
The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 1% of the total quoted price including VAT in a separate sealed Envelope in theform of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name"World Vision Ethiopia".
The winner supplier will be required to submit 5% of the contract value during contract assigning process.
