The MERCY CORPS ETHIOPIA in Ethiopia from African region had released this tender for Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Professional and English Skills Training Purpose/ Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to invite potential and licensed colleges/English Language training centers for the provision of professional skills and English skills training to Mercy Corps team members. Consultant Objectives: There are two Objectives: 1. Provide professional skills training. Types of courses to be provided are: Presentation skills Effective public speaking Meeting skills Mentoring skills Business writing skills Email writing skills Report writing skills. 2. English language skills Adult English Language Skills (a range of standards) 3. Consultant Activities: The Consultant will: Present course options to Mercy Corps team members Deliver prioritized courses to groups of Mercy Corps team members in person in the Addis Ababa office. (Based on demand) Deliver courses virtually to Mercy Corps team members in field offices. 4. Consultant Deliverables: The Consultant will: Deliver training including associated materials to training participants. Provide certification of completion for team members that successfully complete the course. 5. Timeframe / Schedule: This is a framework Agreement for a period of 2 years from the date the agreement is signed during which time training courses will be delivered on an 'on-demand' basis. 6. Required Experience & Skills: Established a training center with experience in delivering professional skills and English language skills including pre-existing course modules and materials. Trainers in the training center must have a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering professional and English language skills training. Experience delivering training to NGOs / Development Agencies is highly preferred. 7.
