PROVISION OF WORKING DOGS MEDICINE

The UN Secretariat in Ethiopia from African region had released this tender for DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) , is seeking for exprersssions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies who can provide Medicaments for Explosive Detection Dogs at UNECA, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. All medicines provided by the vendor should full fill the EU Standards, since it is recommended for EDDs. The objective of this bid is to get a company who can provide medicines to working Dogs and UNECA would like to enter in to a Long term Agreement for Five years. The successful bidder(s) will be contracted toprovide the Services as specified under the Scope of Work to be provided along with the bid document. Companies expressing interest should note that this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) serves as pre-qualification of the companies that will be invited to participate in the tender process .Intrested firms will be invited to the tender by "Ivitation To Bid (ITB)" at later stage and the detail requirement will be further specfied in the ITB document. UNECA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI/ or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The ITB and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations. UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a vendor that is not registered with United Nations Global Market Place(UNGM). Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionaly registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document ITB.
