International bidders can request for bidding documents writing to: taye.alemu@mariestopes.org.et. 2. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in two separately sealed envelopes (one for technical and one for financial) into the box ready for the bid on or before 19 th May 2023, 10AM. Or though the group email: Tender Team Ethiopia TenderTeam@mariestopes.org.et . Bidding documents must be signed, and bidders are also required to submit legal documents (renewed business license, tax identification, value added tax registration certificate etc.…). 3. The tender will be opened on 19 th May 2023, 10:30AM local time, in the presence of interested bidders’ or their official representatives who may choose to attend at the conference room of MSIE MSI Ethiopia is looking to procure medical equipment for the programme and is looking to contract manufacturers and potential importers who would be able to supply the products listed in the Terms of Reference. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals either in person in two separately sealed envelopes to the MSI Ethiopia head office or via email to tenderteam@mariestopes.org.et before 19th May 2023 at 10AM (Ethiopia time). Bidding documents must be signed and bidders are required to submit legal documents alongside their bids (e.g. renewed business license, tax identification, VAT registration certificate.)
